South Wharf DFO is one the most popular retail destinations located in the Melbourne CBD.
Stage 2 works are centred around the re-working of the mall along with the removal of an existing large tenancy to provide an additional 20 tenancies. Included in the works is the removal of an existing climbing wall enabling the ground and first floor areas to be filled with additional tenancy space. The existing food court will also be revamped.
Fire engineering involved reviewing the proposals and ensuring they did not compromise the existing fire safety design in place. This includes zone modelling of the various tenancy configurations as well as conduction evacuation assessments.
